Wow!!

I've finished my training at gym last night, i ate a raw white egg and when i woke up this morning and i don't feel to much pain..

My friend told me to eat 2 or 3 raw white eggs after trained..

I've tried, and it's worked!!

Now i won't be afraid after wake up in the morning and i can go to work like normal..

Feel a lil bit refreshed and powered up!! :)

Haha!!

Now, world can see my empowered body!! :p

She said she's gonna come to Kota Tinggi, Johor..

She had some work there..

I hope, maybe we could see each other again..

I'm back..

I'm back to work..
My hand feel better now after i attached some strain medical called yoko-yoko :)
I can work like normal..Though i felt little strain on my muscle around my bicep,i think it's normal..haha :)

I've just signed to be a body builder at neighbourhood gym..
I wanted a masculin looking body..
Just entered it a few days ago..
The facility is not bad than i tought..
Beside, it's renovated to a new look..(my friend told me)
Last night i trained my chest..
My hand felt tired and strain..
I can't straightened my biceps..
Ooh..The training get so hard...
Maybe cause i never been trained so hard like this..
But i'm still going to train hard,so that i achieve my goal..
Practice makes perfect..
